All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
We accept payments via Paystack, including debit/credit cards, mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and bank transfers. All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
We offer delivery within Ghana and select international destinations. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and will be communicated at checkout. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. WigsbyJade and Jadaorah Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.
